Coronavirus is a continued concern for all Australians and during these times our Support Coordination is arguable even more important than before. OnSide is still fortunate to have no instances of the coronavirus amongst our team, and we continue to follow the advice of the Chief Medical Officer and work hard to ensure all necessary measures are being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Our Support Coordinators are well resourced to work from home and continue to be directly available for all their customers. We have extended the hours of our central support team who are now available until 7pm Monday to Friday via phone 1800 322 522 (free call) or email email@example.com
Our team of subject matter experts across priority hospital discharge, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and supporting young people to move out of Age Care have also extended their level of support and continue to have capacity for new customers enquiries.
